Robert Peluso, Esq.
Robert Peluso is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation. A native of Nutley, New Jersey, he is a graduate of Rutgers University, New Brunswick (B.A., 1989) and Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D., 1993). Mr. Peluso was admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey in 1993. He clerked for the Honorable John J. Grossi, Jr., of the Hudson County Superior Court. Mr. Peluso has successfully handled cases ranging from complex products liability actions, medical malpractice cases, trucking accidents, car accidents, amusement park accidents, industrial and construction site accidents, motorcycle accidents, injuries occurring on airplanes, and workers’ compensation cases. He is a past Trustee of the Hudson County Bar Association. He is also an avid skier, motorcyclist and mountain biker and is also fluent in Italian and Spanish.
Angela Cervelli Bennett, Esq.
Angela Cervelli Bennett, Esq. is a senior associate of Murphy Peluso, LLC. A native of Hudson County, New Jersey, she is a graduate of the Academy of the Sacred Heart High School, formerly in Hoboken. Angela attended Fordham University in New York where she received a BA in Psychology and Sociology, with Honors in Sociology. Prior to attending law school, Angela began a course of study in the Graduate Division of Seton Hall University in New Jersey, where she was a candidate for a Masters in Public Administration. While attending Seton Hall, Angela was accepted to the City of University of New York-School of Law at Queens College in New York, where she earned her law degree and served as a teaching assistant in Contract Law for the Fall Semester of 1995. Angela then began her legal career with the Hudson County Superior Court of New Jersey as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Patricia K. Costello, A.J.S.C. (retired).
Angela is admitted to practice before the State and Federal District Courts of New Jersey. Her area of concentration is personal injury litigation; including motor vehicle collisions and premises incidents.
On a personal note, Angela practices Pilates, enjoys music, dance and comedy.
