W. Scott Murphy represented a plaintiff who was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck by the defendant’s dump truck which ran a red light. The defendant pleaded guilty to the traffic violation. Plaintiff suffered a significant injury to shoulder, requiring 3 surgeries. The plaintiff also claimed neck injury. No wage loss claim was included.
Jury awards $3,000,000 verdict

On May 16, 2011, Robert Peluso obtained a $3,000,000 jury verdict for a police officer who suffered permanent eye damage in a fitness club accident.
